Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your fragrance and size, tap Add to cart or Buy it now, and complete checkout with your name, address and phone number. You will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment options available to you are shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery nationwide.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Checkout is secured with SSL encryption, and card details are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it and before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally yet.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is currently free on all orders within Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Karachi: 3 to 5 working days. Rest of Pakistan: 5 to 7 working days. Delivery can take longer around Eid and public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we share tracking details with you. You can also message us any time for an update. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item free of charge or refund you. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
Can I return a perfume I have opened?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless they arrived damaged, wrong or defective.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Our fragrances
Are Suel perfumes original?
Yes. Every Suel fragrance is an original composition, not a copy or an "inspired by" version.
What concentration are they?
All Suel fragrances are Eau de Parfum, composed with Pakistan's heat in mind.
What is the difference between 30ml and 10ml?
Same fragrance, different size. The 30ml bottle is our signature size. The 10ml is a pocket and travel size, ideal for trying a scent or carrying in a bag.
How do I make my perfume last longer?
Spray 4 to 6 times from about 15 to 20 cm onto pulse points (neck, behind the ears, inner wrists), on moisturised skin straight after a shower. Do not rub your wrists together. A light spray on clothes also helps.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it somewhere cool and dark with the cap on, away from sunlight, the car and the bathroom.
