Refund & Return Policy

At Suel, every fragrance is crafted with care and shipped with the utmost attention to quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrances. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@suelscents.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The order was not delivered within 14 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Conditions

  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for exchange
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
