Thank you for shopping with Suel Scents. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. We don't ship internationally yet.

Delivery charges

Delivery is currently free on all orders across Pakistan.

Delivery times

  • Karachi: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries may take longer during Eid, public holidays, bad weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, with no extra charge.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, we may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so your order isn't delayed.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details with you. If you have any questions about where your order is, message us and we'll help.

Missed or refused deliveries

If the courier can't reach you or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the order returned to us. Please keep your phone on during the delivery window.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.
