These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of suelscents.com and to every purchase you make from Suel Scents ("Suel", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy.
1. About us
Suel Scents is a fragrance brand based in Karachi, Pakistan. Customer service: +92 320 0667835 (WhatsApp and calls), info@suelscents.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We make every effort to show our products, colours and descriptions accurately. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images on screen. Fragrance performance can vary from person to person depending on skin, climate and how the perfume is applied. Products are for personal use and not for resale.
4. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery within Pakistan is currently free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may confirm your order by WhatsApp, phone or email before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, details cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, which may include debit or credit card, digital payment methods and Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed securely by our licensed payment partner. We do not see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in cash to the courier on delivery.
7. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates: Karachi 3 to 5 working days, rest of Pakistan 5 to 7 working days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Please check your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if anything is wrong.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled under our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
9. Chargebacks
If there is a problem with a card payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Disputed payments are investigated with our payment partner and card provider.
10. Intellectual property
The Suel name, logo, product names, images and website content belong to Suel Scents and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Reviews and feedback
Reviews you post must be honest and lawful. We may display, moderate or remove reviews and may use feedback to improve our products and website.
12. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false orders or information, or interfere with its security.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
