I have bought empress the fragrance is fresh and good but it didn’t even last for an hour 2500 for 30ml with no lasting
Hi Aqsa, thank you for trying Empress and for being honest with us. We're so glad you liked the fragrance and found it fresh and good. We're sorry it didn't last the way you hoped. That's not the experience we want anyone to have.
We completely understand how disappointing that is, and your feedback matters to us. In the meantime, there are a few things that often help a fragrance stay with you longer, especially in our heat:
Where and how to spray: Spray from about 15–20 cm away onto pulse points: the sides of your neck, behind your ears, your inner wrists and inner elbows. 4–6 sprays is ideal. Try not to rub your wrists together, as that breaks down the top notes faster. A light spray on your clothes or hair can also help, since fabric holds scent longer than skin.
Prep your skin: Fragrance tends to fade faster on dry skin. Applying it right after a shower on moisturised skin (an unscented lotion works well) gives it something to hold on to.
Storage: Heat and sunlight can weaken a perfume over time. Keeping the bottle somewhere cool and dark, away from the car or bathroom, helps preserve it. In peak summer, the fridge is a good spot. Keep the cap on.
It's also worth knowing that after 20–30 minutes our noses get used to our own scent, so it can feel like it's gone while others around you can still smell it.
We'd love to make this right. Please message us on WhatsApp at 0320 0667835 and we'll personally take care of you.
